Book a free design appointment with our expert team of interior designers. We'll help you select the perfect tiles, bathware and tapware in your appointment. At the end of the appointment, you’ll know exactly which items you need and how much everything costs - all in a neat little quote. Book here. How do I get my discount?
No discount code needed! Our website will show pricing with the discount already applied.

Will the sale be on in-store?
Yes, our Black Friday sale is available in-store as well. We’d love to see you!
If I make a mistake on my order after I place it can I make a change?
Unfortunately, not. Changes aren’t possible after placing an order, but you can return items as needed. See our Returns Policy for details.
My order includes a pre-order item. Can you split it into two deliveries?
To avoid delays, please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.
Can I place an order in the showroom and pick it up straight away?
Yes, showroom pick-up is available. Just allow 30 minutes for processing after you place your order.
Am I able to return my order?
Yes, returns are allowed within 30 days for tiles (with a 25% restocking fee) and 100 days for tapware. Refunds will be based on the sale price paid.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed during the sale, it cannot be canceled.
How long does it take to dispatch my order?
With Black Friday demand, dispatch may take 4-5 days to ensure all orders are processed smoothly.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Delivery times may vary. Please check our website for the latest updates on shipping timeframes.
