Can I return a toilet bought in the sale?

Yes! All orders can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping fees). Please note that customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping to Yabby’s warehouse. Products must be returned in the original packaging. To be eligible for a return you must be a full paying customer (if you did not purchase the product, you are not eligible for a refund). A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. To complete your return, please fill out this returns form prior to sending your items.

Can I stack a discount code on the sale price?

No. The Black Friday price is the best price we offer, so codes and other promotions do not stack on top of it.

How do I order a sample?

Simply click the Add to cart button or the Get a sample button to add any Tapware sample disc or Vanity Sample to your cart.

How long does it take for samples to arrive?

On average, our samples arrive within 5 business days from the date of your order. We send your samples with Australia Post from our location in Sydney, and delivery times will vary depending on your location within Australia. Typically, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days after it has been dispatched.

Do you deliver samples anywhere in Australia or do you have exclusion areas?

We deliver our sample boxes anywhere in Australia, from major cities like Sydney, Perth, and Melbourne to rural areas in every state and territory. While delivery times may vary depending on your location, we do our best to ensure that your box arrives as quickly as possible. Please note that if you are located in a more remote area, it may take a little longer for your sample box to arrive.
