We hope you love your Yabby product but if you’ve ordered more than you need or changed your mind about the colour combo, our return policy is here to help you out.
All orders can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping fees). Please note that customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping to Yabby’s warehouse. Products must be returned in the original packaging.
To be eligible for a return you must be a full paying customer (if you did not purchase the product, you are not eligible for a refund). A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
