Question 1

How do I order a tapware sample?

Accepted Answer

Ordering a tapware sample is simple. Browse to the product you're interested in and instead of clicking 'Add to cart', click 'Get a sample'. This adds the sample disc to your cart and you can proceed to checkout as usual. It's that easy.

Question 2

What does the tapware sample look like?

Accepted Answer

Our tapware samples are small discs that show you the exact colour and finish of the product. We've made sure that every product page has a photo that shows you the sample disc compared to the full-size tap — so you know exactly what you're getting before it arrives.

Question 3

Are the tapware samples identical to the full-size products?

Accepted Answer

While we strive to make sure our tapware samples are as accurate as possible, there may be some variation between the sample disc and the final product — particularly in how a finish catches light at different angles. Any variation will still be within our manufacturing standards. If you have questions, don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.

Question 4

How long does it take for the samples to arrive?

Accepted Answer

On average, our tapware samples arrive within 5 business days from the date of your order. We send your samples with Australia Post from our location in Sydney, and delivery times will vary depending on your location within Australia. Typically, you can expect your order to arrive within 3–7 business days after it has been dispatched.

Question 5

Do you deliver tapware samples anywhere in Australia or do you have exclusion areas?

Accepted Answer

We deliver our tapware sample discs anywhere in Australia — from major cities like Sydney, Perth, and Melbourne to rural areas in every state and territory. While delivery times may vary depending on your location, we do our best to ensure your sample arrives as quickly as possible. If you're in a more remote area, it may take a little longer for your sample to arrive.

Question 6

Do I need to be home to receive the tapware samples?

Accepted Answer

No, you don't need to be home to receive your tapware samples. Our sample discs are small enough to fit through a standard letterbox, so you don't have to worry about missing the delivery. You can expect your samples to arrive within 5 business days on average, depending on your location within Australia.

Question 7

How do I use my tapware samples?

Accepted Answer

Hold them up against your tiles, cabinetry, and other materials to see how the finish works in your actual space — in your lighting, with your palette. A physical swatch in your hand is far more reliable than a screen. And don't forget to pass them on to your builder — they'll usually have questions about material type, thickness, and finish, so having the sample on site saves everyone time.
