All orders over $1000 receive free shipping Australia-wide (excluding bulky items). For orders under 20kg, standard rates range from $4.95 to $19.95, with express options available from $11.95 to $26.95. Orders including bulky items are calculated based on the total weight of your order and automatically applied at checkout.
We also offer Click & Collect from our Sydney location. Please allow 2–4 working days for Click & Collect orders. Some items may be available for same-day collection, so feel free to contact our team to check availability.

We offer returns for change of mind on all products. All tapware and hardware can be returned within 60 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, each product must be unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging.
Return shipping to Yabby’s Sydney warehouse in Rosebery, NSW 2018 is to be arranged and paid for by the customer. Alternatively you can drop your return off at our warehouse.

Your hardware is covered by our warranty on top of your Australian Consumer Law rights. The warranty runs from the day your order is delivered.

Excludes issues caused by unqualified or non-compliant installation, improper cleaning, normal wear or fading, accidents or misuse, and unauthorised repairs, modifications or non-genuine parts.

Making a claim
Contact us within 30 days of finding the fault. Have your proof of purchase, the product name/SKU, and photos of the issue ready. If the product hasn't been installed yet, don't install it — fill out our claims form.
