To help with your decision making our sample discs allow you to see and feel the colour, quality and finish prior to purchasing your tapware.


Shopping for tapware can be confusing, but it doesn't have to be! Download our tapware shopping list here to help with your selections.

Delivery

Shipping costs and timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your post code. For orders over 20kg our flat rate freight fees start from $70 and delivery timeframes range from 5-14 working days.
If your order is under 20kg, you can select Australia Post Standard or Express shipping. Costs are advised at the checkout.

What addresses do we deliver to?

We deliver to all addresses Australia-wide serviced by Australia Post & specialised delivery freight partners. (Excluding PO Boxes) All deliveries are to street level only.

Do we deliver overseas?

We currently do not offer overseas delivery. Please contact our sales team if you would like to organise your own international delivery using our warehouse at the pickup location.

Do we offer Click & Collect? 

Yes, we do offer Click & Collect from the TileCloud warehouse located in Rosebery NSW. You can select this option at the checkout. 

When will your order be dispatched?

Once your order has been placed through the website, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Our dispatch team will pick and pack your order as soon as possible. Orders dispatch next business day.

How long will delivery take?

We ship all orders using the Australia Post network and chosen freight partners. Delivery times are advised at the checkout after you input your delivery details.

Solid and true to colour

The samples exceeded my expectations when they arrived as solid metal discs with a perfect colour example. Was perfect for my house mood board planning and colour scheme.
