Due to the high volume of orders received during the promotional period, we are unable to prioritise individual orders for urgent dispatch. Our warehouse is working hard to ensure that your order is dispatched as fast as possible. Standard shipping timeframes will then apply.
\We are able to cancel orders, for a full refund if the order has not yet been processed by the warehouse. After an order has been processed by the warehouse we are unable to cancel it.
As we operate a live warehouse, we are unable to amend orders after purchase. We reccomend placing a second order for any additional items or returning unwanted items.
Our regular returns policy will apply to products purchased in the promotional period. Tiles can be returned within 30 days of delivery ( less a 25% restocking fee). Tapware can be returned within 100 days of purchase.
Unfortunately we are unable to accomodate partial shipments from our warehouse. If an item in your order is on Pre-Order the full order will be held until all items can be dispatched. If you need the remainder of your order urgently, we reccomend placing a second order for pre order items.
