Care and Maintenance

How do I care for my Yabby products?

Keep your Yabby products looking as good as new by cleaning them regularly with a soft sponge or microfiber cloth, using a mild soapy detergent (dishwashing liquid mixed with water works great). Please steer clear of acidic cleaners, cream cleaners, bleaches, scouring scrubbers, steel wool or other abrasive cleaning supplies!

Please go gently when cleaning your Yabby products — damage covered by improper care won’t be covered by warranty.

Pre Orders

Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped in full once the last due item arrives in our warehouse. We provide you with a tracking number and ETA once we’ve dispatched your order.

Please place separate orders if you need an in-stock item ASAP. 

Delivery

What addresses do you deliver to?

If you’re in Australia, almost certainly! We deliver Australia-wide to all addresses serviced by Australia Post (excluding PO Boxes). Please note that all deliveries are to street level only.

 

Do you deliver overseas?

Sadly we are not currently able to offer overseas delivery. Please get in touch with our sales team at hello@yabby.com.au if you’d like to organise your own international delivery using our warehouse at the pickup location.

 

When will my order be dispatched?

Once your order has been placed through the website, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Our dispatch team will then pick and pack your order as soon as possible. Orders are dispatched on the next business day.

 

How long will my delivery take?

We ship all orders using the Australia Post network. Delivery times are typically 3-4 days to capital cities and 4-5 days to regional areas.

 

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we do — simply select the express shipping option at checkout. The wait is nearly over!

 

Do you offer Click & Collect?

We don’t currently offer Click & Collect.

 

How much does delivery cost?

We offer flat rate shipping.
Standard shipping - $24.95
Express shipping - $39.95

Do your products have WaterMark accreditation?

Yes, all eligible products carry the WaterMark accreditation.

 

Do your products have a WELS rating?

Yes, all eligible products carry a WELS rating.

 

Do your products conform to Australian Standards?

Yes, all eligible products conform to AS/NZS 3718:2005

 

Can your products be used outdoors?

Our range is designed for internal use only and not warranted for outdoor use.

 

What is PVD coating?

Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) is a metal finishing process which coats the metal in a thin film that is harder and more corrosion resistant than other metal finishes.

 

What is Electroplating?

Electroplating is a metal finishing process which deposits a metal layer on another metal using an electric current.

 

What type of cartridge do you use?

All our mixer cartridges use a European ceramic disc.

 

What material are the taps made of?

Our taps are made from solid, lead-free brass.

Warranty and Returns

What warranty do you offer?

Yabby offers a lifetime limited warranty for both residential and commercial applications. For full warranty terms and conditions, see more here.

 

How do I process a warranty claim?

Please email us at hello@yabby.com.au with details of the issue you are experiencing, photos of the products and your original order number, and we’ll get things sorted ASAP.

Returns

We hope you love your Yabby product but if you’ve ordered more than you need or changed your mind about the colour combo, our return policy is here to help you out. 

All orders can be returned within 100 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping fees). Please note that customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping to Yabby’s Melbourne warehouse. Products must be returned in the original packaging. 

To be eligible for a return you must be a full paying customer (if you did not purchase the product, you are not eligible for a refund). A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. 

To complete your return please fill out this returns form prior to sending your items.

Can I return a product after 100 days?

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns outside of the 100 day period. 

Can I return a product if I’ve already installed or used it?

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns once the product has been installed or used.
