HOW DOES A DESIGN APPOINTMENT WORK?

Our Interior Designer will begin by understanding the style and ambiance you want to achieve, using a selection of images for inspiration along with your moodboard (if you have one). Once the design direction is set, they’ll guide you in selecting the perfect tapware from our range, ensuring it complements your overall vision.

To help you visualize the final look, we’ll curate a selection of finishes, showcasing different tapware styles, materials, and tones that enhance your space. Whether you leave with a clear choice or a few options to consider, we’re here to refine your selection.

If you’re ready to move forward or need assistance with final measurements, we can provide a detailed quote for approval and proceed with ordering seamlessly.

HOW LONG DOES A DESIGN APPOINTMENT LAST?

Your appointment may be quick if you’ve already decided on your tapware selection, or it could take longer if you need time to explore different finishes, styles, and configurations that best suit your space. If we’re assisting with specifying tapware for an entire home, we’ll take the time to ensure every detail aligns with your vision.

DOES A DESIGN APPOINTMENT COST ANYTHING?

We charge a booking fee of $20 which is taken at the time of booking and is fully redeemable on any Yabby purchase made up to one year after the consultation. * Currently, our design appointments are at no cost to you.

Why charge? We value your time and ours - the deposit acts like an agreement between us that you have our undivided attention during the appointment and that we’ll do everything we can to help you pin down a design you love.

WHAT IS THE DESIGN APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY?

We understand that things come up so no worries if you need to cancel. All we ask is that you give us 24 hours’ notice and we can refund your booking fee.

You can also reschedule your appointment through our booking system free of charge with more than 24 hours’ notice.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, the booking fee is not refunded. This is because we are unlikely to be able to fill your slot at such short notice. Thank you for your understanding!
